As I have been mentioned earlier, first step is always start from READING INGREDIENTS LABEL, even though it might be recommended by doctor or nutritionist or whoever. Why? Because today you are the one who 100% responsible for your own health, not other people. Borrow a quote from Dr.Chen: you do not need to expert in every field, but you need to be expert in HEALTH, because your body is the only place you live in the world.

What do you read from the ingredients label? Full of synthetic vitamins & minerals & milk protein. What is your take? Will you feed your body with chemical cocktail above?

Supposedly good for liver. However, when you read further, it says: “One common chemical used is HEXANE for the extraction process”. 😱

Coming to here, once again – do you see the important on how to read ingredients label? in order to safeguard your health!

Also prevent us to get into the vicious cycle of food industry nowadays without knowingly.  

What our body need is FOOD, not the synthetic nutrients or drug.
Back to the safest, quality, wholesome protein source – definitely is wholesome soy.
